Terms of Service

These launch terms are a plain-English draft for FOLLO. They are not a statement of attorney review.

These Terms of Service apply to FOLLO, operated by FeedLight Ventures LLC d/b/a FOLLO. By accessing or using FOLLO, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and age rules

You may use FOLLO only if you can legally agree to these terms and meet any age requirements shown in the app or required by applicable law. If you are not eligible, do not use FOLLO.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your account credentials secure and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Businesses and posts

Business users are responsible for their business profiles, posts, events, deals, claims, images, prices, availability, and compliance with applicable laws. Do not publish misleading, unsafe, unlawful, or unauthorized content. FOLLO may review, limit, remove, or decline business content or accounts where appropriate.

Plans and user coordination

FOLLO may help users discover places, events, deals, and coordinate Plans. Users are responsible for their own decisions, attendance, transportation, purchases, communications, and interactions with other people or businesses.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse FOLLO, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data without permission, impersonate others, harass users, submit false reports, or use FOLLO for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

Prohibited content

Do not post content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, exploitative, sexually abusive, invasive of privacy, infringing, fraudulent, spammy, malicious, or otherwise inconsistent with a safe local discovery experience.

Moderation and removal

We may moderate, remove, restrict, or refuse content, accounts, business listings, events, deals, Plans, messages, or access to FOLLO when we believe it is appropriate to protect users, businesses, FOLLO, or the service.

Subscriptions, billing, cancellations, and refunds

Some business or app features may require paid subscriptions or fees. Payment processing may be handled by Stripe. Subscription terms, renewal details, cancellation options, and refund handling may depend on the feature, platform, payment method, and applicable law. Unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing, fees may be non-refundable.

Account deletion

You may request account deletion through Profile/Settings → Delete Account if available, or by emailing support@folloapp.io from the account email address. Some records may be retained where needed for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.

Disclaimers

FOLLO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific business outcomes, availability of events or deals, user attendance, traffic, revenue, customers, or results from using FOLLO.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedLight Ventures LLC d/b/a FOLLO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to FOLLO.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the app, website, or email. Continued use of FOLLO after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
